Terms of Service

TenStella (sole proprietor; representative: Daisuke Ichimaru) operates the products and website described here. In these terms, "we" refers to that operator.

You may use our products and website for their intended purpose. Some products may require an account — if so, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for activity that happens under it.

By using the services, you confirm you are able to form a binding agreement, or have permission to do so on behalf of an organization.

A short, common-sense list. Please don't:

• Use the services to break the law or harm others.
• Disrupt the services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the services beyond what the law allows.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy of others.

The services — including the software, design, and content we create — belong to TenStella or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use them as intended.

Content you provide remains yours. You grant us only the permissions we genuinely need to operate and improve the service.

Some products are offered as paid, auto-renewing subscriptions, and some offer a free tier with optional paid upgrades. The price, billing period, and what each plan includes are shown before you purchase, within the app and on its app store listing.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store you buy through (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play) under that store's payment terms. Unless you cancel beforehand, a subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period and the then-current price is charged to your store account.

We may change plan pricing or features. Where a change materially affects an active subscription, we will give reasonable notice and, where required, the change takes effect at your next renewal.

You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and partial periods are not prorated.

Because our products are digital, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds, when applicable, are handled according to the policies of the app store that processed your payment.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We care a great deal about quality and reliability, but we can't guarantee the services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, TenStella is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid for the relevant product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

If you are a minor under applicable law, you may use the services and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance, unless a different court is required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

The Japanese version of these terms is the authoritative text. In case of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and an English or other translation, the Japanese version prevails.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the invalid provision will be applied to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and highlight material changes. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
