TenStella (sole proprietor; representative: Daisuke Ichimaru) operates this website and the services covered by these terms. In these terms, "we" refers to that operator.

These terms apply to this website (tenstella.com) and to our web services that are not distributed through an app store and do not have their own terms, such as Natsuyaru (together, "the services").

Apps we distribute through an app store, and any product with its own terms, are governed by those terms — including the app store's standard license agreement where it applies — and not by these terms.

You may use the services for their intended purpose. Some services may require an account — if so, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for activity that happens under it.

By using the services, you confirm you are able to form a binding agreement, or have permission to do so on behalf of an organization.

A short, common-sense list. Please don't:

• Use the services to break the law or harm others.
• Disrupt the services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the services beyond what the law allows.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy of others.

The services — including the software, design, and content we create — belong to TenStella or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use them as intended.

Content you provide remains yours. You grant us only the permissions we genuinely need to operate and improve the services.

Some services use AI to produce drafts — for example, turning a photo of a list into a plan. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so please review it before relying on it.

The services covered by these terms are currently free. If we offer a paid service under these terms, we will show its price, billing period, renewal terms, and how to cancel before you purchase.

We may change, suspend, or end all or part of the services. When a change significantly affects you, we will give reasonable advance notice on this website where practical.

We may suspend your use of the services if you violate these terms.

We care a great deal about quality and reliability, but we can't promise perfection.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

This section does not limit our liability for damages beyond what the Limitation of Liability section provides.

IF YOU SUFFER LOSS BECAUSE OF OUR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE (NEGLIGENCE OTHER THAN WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE), OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO DIRECT AND ORDINARY DAMAGES ACTUALLY INCURRED, UP TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) JPY 10,000.

These limits do not apply to loss caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

If you are a minor under applicable law, you may use the services and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oita District Court as the court of first instance, unless a different court is required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

The Japanese version of these terms is the authoritative text. In case of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and an English or other translation, the Japanese version prevails.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the invalid provision will be applied to the extent permitted by law.

We may change these terms when the change is in the general interest of users, or when it is reasonable in light of the need for the change, the appropriateness of its content, and other circumstances, and does not conflict with the purpose of these terms.

When we do, we will set an effective date and announce on this website, a reasonable period before that date, that the terms are changing, the revised terms, and the effective date.
