This policy covers this website only. Each of our products (apps and web services) has its own privacy policy, which describes what that product collects, which service providers it uses, and how it handles children's information. For each product, its own policy applies (the policies for Natsuyaru, Kyoyaru, and Yurumeshi are currently available in Japanese only):

We keep this deliberately small:

• Information you provide. If you email us: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
• Information collected automatically. Aggregate, privacy-respecting usage data measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics (such as pages viewed, referring page, browser and OS type, and country), and standard server logs processed by Cloudflare for security and reliability (such as IP address and timestamps).
• Cookies. This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.

We use the limited information we hold to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve this website.
• Respond to your messages and provide support, including support for our products.
• Keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where permitted by law — for example, when required by law, or when we entrust its handling to the service providers listed below.

We entrust handling to a small set of providers, and share only what is necessary:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosting, content delivery, security, web analytics, and routing of email sent to our address.
• Google LLC (United States) — Gmail, for receiving and storing the email you send us.

We take a measured, practical approach to keeping information safe:

• Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
• Access is limited to the people and systems that genuinely need it.
• We retain information only as long as necessary, then delete it or process it so that it no longer identifies you.
• Handling in foreign countries. We handle personal data through services of providers based in the United States, such as Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC. We take our security measures with an understanding of the personal information protection system in the United States. Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission publishes information on each country's system.
• Providers outside Japan. We entrust personal data only to providers that maintain systems meeting the standards required under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (for example, through data processing agreements). On request, we will provide information about the measures in place.

As provided by applicable law, you may ask us to notify you of the purposes for which we use your personal data, to disclose it (including records of any provision to third parties), and to correct, add to, delete, or stop using or providing it.

To make a request, email us using the contact below. We verify your identity, generally by confirming that you control the email address concerned, and may ask for additional information where needed. There is no fee. We disclose information electronically (for example, by email) unless you ask for another method we can reasonably provide, and we respond without undue delay.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We do not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so on this website. For that reason, the website does not respond differently to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

This website is not directed at children under 13. Some of our products include features that children use under a parent's account; how each product handles children's information is described in that product's privacy policy. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through this website, contact us and we will delete it.

Questions, requests, or complaints about how we handle personal information are always welcome. We aim to respond within a few business days.
